As the administrative assitant, Shay assists the staff with the day-to-day administrative duties for the partners and accounting staff at JRHP.

Shay is currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management at the University of Tennessee. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her son and dog, Jori.
