Village Homes was born out of a dissatisfaction with the monotonous designs that the new-home industry was churning out. Frustrated with uninspired designs being produced by most buildings, the principals turned to charming 1920's and 30's neighborhoods for inspiration. They soon understood the profound opportunity in combining beautiful architecture with all the benefits of a well-built new home.

Village Homes has gained extensive experience in building full-size family homes and townhomes, it has developed a treasury of plans, which it can modify to fit each customer's lifestyle, to build a custom home in the $300,000 to $1,000,000 range. It has built over 350 homes in the Fort Worth area and has become the standard bearer in combining state-oft-the-art construction with the architectural diversity and understated elegance of early 20th century architecture.

Neighborhoods include Parks of Aledo, Monsterrat, Monticello, the Cultural District, Trinity Heights, Casa Blanca, 6th and Arch Adams, and Park Place Hill. Village Homes is currently building in Idlewild (in the Crestwood are), Park Hill Place (off Park Hill and University by TCU), and in Monsterrat (in West Fort Worth off Loop 820 South of I-30).

Village Homes has built 15 luxury townhomes in its Sixth and Arch Adams development; Casa Blanca, with 22 townhomes on Casa Blanca Avenue; Hilltop, with 10 townhomes at 7th street and Haskell; and Magnolia Green, with 17 townhomes at Lipscomb and Magnolia Avenue.
